I am always so excited when I get to work with Emily Diers, the founder of bodycraft. bodycraft is a movement studio in Brooklyn Heights that is just such a welcoming and joyful space. On this particular day, we were having a photoshoot for the new merch drop! I, personally, was thinking about those “practice makes progress” sweatpants every day since this shoot (reader, it’s been 9 full days) and I’m on my way to buy them riiiight now.
